The Venetian Resort Las Vegas has announced great news for poker fans: the legendary property plans to relocate its current poker room to a larger space, allowing it to accommodate more tables and players.
The existing room would move from the casino floor to Level 2 of the Grand Canal Shoppes. The new and expanded room will occupy a 14,000-square-foot space and will sport some 50 poker tables. This would effectively make it the largest poker room on the famed Vegas Strip.
The expanded poker room will continue to offer poker games and tournaments. A dedicated streaming room, meanwhile, will allow players to stream events and produce vlogs.
As a result, The Venetian’s new poker room will be able to welcome more guests than ever before. In addition to an expanded gaming area, visitors will also be able to enjoy new amenities, such as self-serve Coca-Cola soda fountains and coffee stations. Players can also order food to enjoy in the room or visit one of the nearby dining options.
In addition, players can use USB and USB-C charging ports at every seat. The new poker room will furthermore sport several TV screens, comfortable restrooms and a loyalty program kiosk.
The new location is also more easily accessible by drivers, offering access to The Palazzo self-parking garage.
The Relocation Is Based on Player Feedback
The Venetian Resort Las Vegas’ chief gaming officer, Danny Ruiz, commented on the expanded poker room, calling the development a “significant milestone” in the property’s continued efforts to boost the gaming experience.
